Olio Cooking is owned and operated by Olio Cooking, based in Greece (the “Seller”, “we”, “us”). By using the Olio Cooking website and apps you enter into an agreement with Olio Cooking. You can reach us at support@oliocooking.com; our postal address is available on request.
By creating an account or continuing to use Olio Cooking you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country), and if you use Olio Cooking on behalf of an organisation you confirm you have authority to bind it.
You’re responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account, and for providing accurate information and keeping it up to date.
Olio Cooking, including its software, design, branding, prompts and documentation, remains the exclusive property of Olio Cooking and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer or circumvent technical limits of the service. Content you create or upload remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.
Recipes, nutritional data and chef responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always verify allergens, food safety and cooking temperatures before eating. You are responsible for your prompts and how you use the output. Olio Cooking is not a substitute for medical, nutritional or other professional advice.
Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful use, fraud or spam, no infringement of anyone’s intellectual property, no scraping, malware, probing or other interference with security, and no attempts to extract our prompts or models. Don’t submit content that is illegal, harmful or infringes others’ rights.
Olio Cooking is free for recipe discovery, meal planning, grocery lists and the cooking timer. The AI Chef and Music experiences are part of Olio Pro: a 7-day free trial followed by €4.99 per month, renewing monthly until cancelled. Prices are shown before purchase and may change with notice for future billing periods. You can cancel at any time from Account settings.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, currency, tax and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Purchases made inside our iPhone or Android apps are billed by Apple or Google under their terms instead.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy — a 30-day money-back guarantee.
You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided “as is” and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, and the courts of Greece have jurisdiction, without affecting consumer rights you have under local law.
