Olio Cooking (the “Seller”, “we”, “us”) operates this service.
If you are not satisfied with Olio Pro, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. We do not require a reason.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds and returns. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order email or invoice number, or email support@oliocooking.com and we will help you.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, typically within 5–10 business days.
You can cancel Olio Pro at any time from Account settings in the app, or through the billing portal link there. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are billed and cancelled by Apple or Google, and their refund rules apply to those purchases.
Olio Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
